提交投訴前重要須知:

1.請提前完整閱讀產品說明書與 COA 質檢報告，確認全部實驗操作嚴格遵循廠家的說明執行；

2.本表所有內容需使用完整中文填寫，包含品牌、貨號、批號、采購單號、投訴原因、詳細實驗步驟，信息空缺或填寫不全將不予受理；

3.完整分步寫明全部實驗流程，含樣本處理、試劑用量、孵育時長、溫度、儀器參數、收貨后產品儲存條件；

4.提交投訴前請自行排查，排除其他實驗耗材、儀器、人為操作、儲存不當等外部因素造成的實驗異常；

5.表單提交后我方工作人員 1 個工作日內對接跟進，請保持通訊暢通，便于補充材料。

Important Notes Before Submitting Complaint

1.Please fully read the product manual and Certificate of Analysis (COA) in advance. Confirm all your experimental operations are strictly implemented in accordance with the manufacturer’s official instructions.

2.Fill in all information on this complaint form in complete English, including brand, catalog number, lot number, purchase order number, specific complaint causes and detailed experimental procedures. Blank or incomplete forms will not be accepted for review.

3.Write down full and step-by-step experimental procedures, including sample processing, reagent dosage, incubation time, temperature, instrument parameters and storage conditions of the product after receipt.

4.Before submitting the complaint, please complete troubleshooting to rule out interference caused by other experimental materials, consumables, instruments, operation errors or improper storage.

5.After submitting the form, our relevant staff will follow up within 1 working day. Please keep your communication line unblocked for supplementary information collection.
